About us

Performance starts with purpose.
Here’s mine

Starting out in 2018 as SJ Fitness, the business slowly grew and developed to where it is today with a fresh new look as SC Performance.

While still maintaining the core building blocks of my business, helping others have a healthier lifestyle — ‘Healthy heart, Healthy mind’. Supporting through all aspects of their lifestyle, giving support and tools to reach their specific goals.

I’m always looking to learn and build upon the knowledge I have gathered over the years to help my clients reach their goals. I have worked with many clients, with a wide range of targets/goals — whether this is fat reduction, building strength, muscle growth or a specific sport.

From explosive power and strength for a client who plays blind football, to jumping higher with plyometric drills for my Netball clients.

Ready to get started on your fitness journey?
Let’s take the first step together!

I believe in raising your performance not through hype, but through habit.

Not overnight, but over time, And I’m here to push you past your PB, every step of the way.

FOUNDER STORY

WHY I COACH

Before I ever stepped into a gym, I was working in care homes and mental health hospitals — supporting people through real-life challenges, not just physical ones. That experience taught me that progress isn’t just about strength. It’s about trust, patience, and doing the work even when it’s hard.

Coaching became the next chapter in that same mission. Helping people build habits they can actually stick to. Pushing past excuses. And backing themselves — properly — for the first time in years.

I’VE HELPED MANY OTHER ATHLETES,
NOW LET ME HELP YOU.

PRINCIPLES

WHAT I BELIEVE IN

Every client I work with brings a different goal — but the mindset has to be the same. These principles guide how I coach, how I train, and what I expect from the people I work with.

Discipline beats motivation.

Progress lives in the boring reps.

No plan means
no progress.

Coaching works
when you’re honest.

Your body follows where your mind goes.

Show up. Do the work. That’s the win.
