Payments

All payments must be made prior to any sessions being undertaken. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of  the personal training session. 

Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before training sessions in order to avoid being charged for your session. Clients who do not cancel within 12 hours notice will be charged for the cancelled session. SC Performance understands that emergencies happen and are understanding of these situations. No shows are not eligible for the free cancellation.

Once you have started your block of sessions, refunds will not be given.

Lateness

If I, the personal trainer, am more than 15 minutes late for your session, you will be entitled to a complimentary session, along with any remaining time you still have left for that session.

If you are late for your session, your session will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and you lose your session. In these circumstances no refund will be given.

Refunds 

If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete any personal training sessions, you will be given a refund on any outstanding sessions. We may ask for proof from your GP. If you decide to stop training for any reason apart from medical or other potential emergencies reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Physical Readiness Questionnaire

A PAR-Q or physical readiness questionnaire must be completed before sessions begin. This is a self administered questionnaire used to identify individuals who may need to consult with a Dr before starting an exercise programme.
