FAQs

  • Our focus is on sustainable, healthy progress—not quick fixes. Weight loss varies based on nutrition, training, sleep, and stress. We'll support you in creating lasting habits, which leads to long-term success.

  • Not necessarily. Nutrition plays a big role, but the goal is to build a realistic, balanced eating approach. I can guide you with flexible strategies that support your goals without being restrictive.

  • That’s perfectly okay! Every plan is customized to your current level, and we’ll progress safely from there. My job is to help you build confidence and make training approachable, not intimidating.

  • Before a workout: a light meal or snack with carbs and some protein 1–2 hours beforehand (e.g., banana + peanut butter).
After a workout: a mix of protein and carbs to support recovery (e.g., chicken with rice, or a protein smoothie).

  • For my face to face sessions at Pure Gym, yes you will need to have a membership. I will only be allowed to train out of Tunbridge Wells Pure Gym.

That being said I have equipment that can be used outside of the gym, or if you have a home gym I can accommodate this. Your plan will be adapted to your environment.

  • Life happens! Just let me know as soon as possible. I offer flexible rescheduling options (based on availability) and can provide a workout to do on your own if needed.

  • Not unless that’s your goal. Strength training helps muscle growth, boost metabolism, and improve overall health. Muscle gain is a gradual process, and we’ll tailor your training to the look and feel you want.

  • Each session includes a warm-up, focused training (strength, cardio, mobility), and a cool-down/stretch. Every workout is customised to your goals, preferences, and progress. This will be something that we will go through during our consultation.

  • We can track progress through an App I use with all my clients called Trainerize. A great tool to track progression in many ways. More discussion on this can be during a consultation. Remember progress isn’t just about the scale—it’s about movement, mindset, and consistency.
